1. Festival Opening and Closing Hours

The festival area opens and closes within the hours stated in the festival program. Participants should plan their entry to and exit from the area according to these hours.

• Friday, 16 October accreditation hours 08:30-10:00
• 17-18 October artist entry 08:30
• Doors open for visitors 12:00
• Daily closing time 23:00

2. VIP Ticket

VIP tickets will be sold at the festival main entrance to festival artists only.

Only artists registered for the festival may use the VIP area. Other persons such as models, visitors or artists’ companions cannot access the VIP area.

3. Tattoo Bed Rental

Tattoo bed and armrest rental will be available in the festival area if needed. Those who wish to use this service may request it during registration.

4. Food and Drink

Bringing food and drink into the festival area from outside, and ordering food or drink from outside, is not permitted.

Food and drink orders from outside are not accepted into the festival area by the Fair management.

5. Booth Payments

Participants who have not yet completed their booth payment must have their payment ready with them during registration on the first day of the festival.

The remaining booth fee must be paid at this stage for registration to be completed.

6. Artist Assistant and Additional Entries

Each festival artist may bring 1 (one) assistant into the festival area free of charge. The assistant’s entry must be made through the artist’s registration.

Apart from the 1 assistant, models, artists’ companions, team members or any other persons entering with the artist must purchase a visitor ticket to enter the festival area.

7. General Rules

Following the instructions of security, the organization and the festival team in the festival area is mandatory. The organization reserves the right to make additional arrangements where it deems necessary to ensure the festival runs safely and in an orderly manner.
